This is a pre-order item and so will be dispatched after the event (Film & Comic Con Cardiff, 19-20 October 2024)

Events are currently scheduled subject to work or Covid-19 restrictions and guests may need to change dates. In this instant any pre-orders will carry over to the new dates unless otherwise specified when announced. If a guest cancels and no date is set you will get a refund, this can take up to 10 days to appear in your account. If the guest moves to another date you do not need to do anything as your order will roll over.

All orders must be placed by 9pm 15th October GMT. NO orders will be accepted after this time.

We aim to ship within 10 working days of the event ending.

Please note if you do not purchase any add-on's such as dedication or quote then you will get autograph only.

Please make sure you select the image number you want from the drop down menu when ordering.

Quotes are capped at 8 words, if you go over the 8 words you will be refunded the quote fee and you will get autograph only.

Dedications and character names incur a £5 charge. Quote up to 8 words incure a £10 charge.

We do our best to fulfil all requests however we cannot guarantee them. If you pay for a quote or dedication and its not done you will be refunded the extra charge. The quote you want must be written into the text field, please do not request 'surprise' quotes as these will not be fulfilled.
